तत्र स्थितौ यत्नोऽभ्यासः ॥१३॥
tatra sthitau yatno-'bhyāsaḥ ||13|| [RS] 1.13 Assiduousness means resolutely adhering to one’s practice of yoga. [JW] 1.13 Practice (abhydsa) is [repeated] exertion to the end that [the mind] stuff shall have permanence in this [restricted state]. [SS] 1.13 Of these two, effort toward steadiness of mind is practice. [p19] [TD] 1.13 Practice is basically the correct effort required to move toward, reach, and maintain the state of Yoga.
