स तु दीर्घकाल नैरन्तर्य सत्कारादरासेवितो दृढभूमिः ॥१४॥
sa tu dīrghakāla nairantarya satkāra-ādara-āsevito dṛḍhabhūmiḥ ||14||


[RS] 1.14 Success can definitely be achieved via sound and continuous practice over an extended period of time, carried out in a serious and thoughtful manner.

[JW] 1.14 But this [practice] becomes confirmed when it has been cultivated for a long time and uninterruptedly and with earnest attention.

[SS] 1.14 Practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended to for a long time, without break and in all earnestness. [p20]

[TD] 1.14 It is only when the correct practice is followed for a long time, without interruptions and with a quality of positive attitude and eagerness, that it can succeed. [p153]

[EB] 1.14 Practice becomes firmly established when it has been cultivated uninterruptedly and with devotion over a prolonged period of time. [p49]
