कन्ठकूपे क्षुत्पिपासा निवृत्तिः ॥३०॥
kanṭha-kūpe kṣutpipāsā nivṛttiḥ ||30|| [RS] 3.30 Meditation on the pit of the throat (kantha kupa) causes hunger and thirst to cease. [JW] 3.30 [As a result of constraint] upon the well of the throat [there follows] the cessation of hunger and thirst. [SS] 3.31 By samyama on the throat, cessation of hunger and thirst is achieved.
