दुःखानुशयी द्वेषः ॥८॥
duḥkha-anuśayī dveṣaḥ ||8||


[RS] 2.8 The notion that pain and suffering are caused by external circumstances is referred to as aversion (dvesha).

[JW] 2.8 Aversion is that which dwells upon pain.
