अस्तेयप्रतिष्ठायां सर्वरत्नोपस्थानम् ॥३७॥
asteya-pratiṣṭhāyāṁ sarvaratn-opasthānam ||37|| [RS] 2.37 Once non-stealing has been permanently established, all riches will be available.
